The San Jose City College Asian Pacific American Association (APAA) is proud to present a scholarship to a student at SJCC.

Qualifications

  • Applicant must have completed at least 12 credit hours at San Jose City College.
  • Applicant’s cumulative GPA must be a 3.0 minimum.
  • Applicant must currently be enrolled as a full-time student (i.e. enrolled in at least 12 units).

Essay Requirement
Provide an essay on your experience with the Asian American Community. (250 – 500 words)

  2. By checking this box, you acknowledge that applicants awarded a scholarship will be required to attend an in-person award ceremony hosted on campus at San Jose City College. Attendance at the award ceremony will be mandatory for all scholarship recipients, unless the student has a class scheduled during the time of the ceremony or if the student has an extenuating circumstance. You also acknowledge that you will be required to submit a "Thank-You Letter" to the donor(s) providing the scholarship opportunity.
