Bobbie Kawazoe Social Justice & Equity Scholarship

One $500 scholarship if you meet the following criteria:

• Major: Any
• Minimum Cumulative GPA: 2.3
• Minimum Completed EVC Units as of today: 12+
• Minimum Current Enrollment at EVC: 9 or more
• Minimum upcoming Fall semester Enrollment at EVC or University: 9 or more

Additional Criteria: Active Member of Umoja-AFFIRM Program
Must have 24 units completed by the Fall semester to receive the scholarship.
Completed at least 6 units of course work dealing with historically underrepresented groups in the U.S.
Ethnic Studies, Justice Studies, Women’s Studies, some History and other courses offered at EVC count towards the 6 units
