Santa Clara Family Health Plan Scholarship

The Santa Clara County Family Health Plan Scholarship is $5,000 annually for full-time students, and $2,500 annually for part-time students.

Eligibility Requirements:
A Santa Clara Family Health Plan Medi-Cal Member
Enrolled in a degree or certificate program in an approved area of study, including: Kinesiology, Medical Assisting, EMT, Dental Assisting, CNA, Community Health Worker, Nursing and Public Health.
If awarded, students are eligible for the scholarship for up to two years (4 semesters).
The number of scholarships available will be determined by how many successful applicants, up to $20,000 per year. Priority will be given to full-time students.
Must be enrolled in at least 6 units to apply.
Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA
